Text
My Department recently completed a consultation on the proposals for a business growth accelerator scheme and changes to non-domestic vacant rating. The proposals arose from work that was undertaken last year with business representatives through the strategic review work. My officials are reviewing the responses to the consultation, which formally closed on 23 September, with extra time granted for some late responses that were received before the end of September. As the policy relates to the rating scheme, any resultant decisions will be taken by the Executive.
