I appreciate the Minister's response. Does he agree — I am sure that he does — that it is absolutely impossible to justify a situation in which someone who has murdered or attempted to murder their partner continues to exercise parental responsibility for their children? Urgent action is required. Will you commit to doing everything in your power to progress that issue as swiftly as possible?
