Will the Minister's Department's new digital mapping system facilitate an assessment of the standard of works for road resurfacing schemes? Will it facilitate a league table of where the roads are worst? I am sure that the Minister will agree that the state of the roads in our Newry and Armagh constituency leaves a lot to be desired.
