There is deep irony in a Sinn Féin Minister's accepting a ruling from the Court of Appeal this week. They think that they can pick and choose. Minister, now that you have got the green light for major infrastructure projects to proceed, will you look again at, and advance planning for, the York Street interchange in North Belfast?
