Text
Minister, many young people have become priced out of owning a car by extortionate insurance fees. Will you bring forward tighter regulations for insurance companies, particularly multi-national companies, so that younger people, especially those in rural areas, can afford access to a car? What representations have you made to the Department of Justice on the personal injury discount rate here, which, obviously, affects the cost of insurance in the North?
