Text
Those who live in apartments, especially but not exclusively, often encounter a convoluted management structure that leaves them feeling powerless. Minister, you previously said that a registration scheme for management agents could be progressed during the mandate. You outlined some of the progress that has been made. There has been a bit, but it has not been as much or as fast as we would have liked. What comfort can you give residents trapped in that situation?

This is the same MLA’s follow-up within the exchange on their own question. It is analysed together with that question and is not counted separately, so one question is never counted twice.
