My priority is to ensure that the foundations for reform are firmly established. I expect the dedicated team to be in place within the coming months and to begin detailed policy development and stakeholder engagement. It is preparatory work to help ensure that the informed policy proposals can be taken forward and that the legislative reform can progress at pace during the next mandate.
