First, there is no determination around the events that are happening on the Garvaghy Road, but the Member is entitled to make the point. The Member has mentioned lawbreaking. Several of his Ministers — not to engage in whataboutery — including some who are still serving, were found to be in breach of the ministerial code by the High Court. Does he accept that that is regrettable, to put it mildly?
