Minister, I join you and others in the Chamber in welcoming today's court ruling. I pay tribute to the families who have campaigned for far too long for that announcement. Minister, you will be aware that the Lagan pedestrian and cycle bridge has been delayed because of the court proceedings. Can you please give a commitment that your departmental officials will re-engage with Belfast City Council and the people who have been working on the Belfast region city deal to get that project moving again and unlocked? Our streets and arterial routes in South Belfast are completely congested, and that active travel footbridge would be wonderful for my constituents.
