Text
Minister, I am a wee bit confused. While I appreciate the court's ruling, your party has now created complete doubt, given the previous Member's question on whether anybody should challenge that ruling. The other day, the First Minister said in the House that she will do what she thinks is right. One day, you agree with a judge because it suits your narrative to do so. Your party is flipping and flopping like a door. Given that there is that whole grey area now, what will you say to the landowners along that road who cannot possibly agree with the decision? I am not saying that I do not agree with it, but they do not. What will you say to them? On the one hand, you are saying that you do not believe in the courts, but, today, you do. What are you going to say to the landowners?
