This road runs right through the very heart of my constituency. Hundreds of acres of land will be cut through, and many farm businesses will be affected. How will you, as Minister, ensure that there will be upfront engagement with the landowners and that they receive clear, timely and concise information, unlike in the past when the information that came to them was practically nil? How will you ensure that farmers are not trampled over but respected, especially by the contractors who will be on site doing the work?
