Text
I was in the courthouse today when the news seeped out from the courtroom that the result was positive, and I have to say that, across Tyrone and beyond last night, the blessed candles were lit and prayers were said for the right result, and, thank God, that result came today. When the results seeped out of the courtroom today, I was in the company of Francie McGarvey, who lost his dear wife, Kathleen, and I think that we cannot overestimate the pain that those families have endured over the years having lost their loved ones. Hopefully, the result today will give them some consolation and hope that there will not be any more lives lost on that terrible road. Minister, given that the court has now made its ruling, can you confirm that moving to construction will be a priority for your Department?
