Text

Gabhaim buíochas leis an Aire.

Today is a hugely important day for the people of west Tyrone, and a significant step forward for the delivery of the A5. It was understandably a very emotional day for everyone involved in delivering the project, particularly the families who have lost loved ones on the A5. I think of Kate Corrigan, who lost her son Nathan over the Christmas period a few years ago. She has been at the forefront of the campaign to get the road upgraded, alongside many other families. Does the Minister agree that the campaigners and families deserve enormous credit for their dedication and fortitude?
