Text
We warmly welcome today's ruling. I pay tribute to the bereaved families and the Enough is Enough campaign for their courage and determination. Minister, you referred to outstanding checks, approvals and an agreement on cost with the contractors. What exactly remains to be done? Will you commit to publishing, within the next fortnight, a clear timetable for completing those steps and starting construction? After almost two decades of waiting, people deserve to know when they will finally see diggers on the ground. When will the road be completed? Is there a budget to complete the road? Can the ruling be challenged?
