Text
I will try to be helpful with this. Sometimes we look at the issues as if they do not cross over. We want the best health service, but it cannot be driven by service collapse. You referenced workforce planning, which is something that I am passionate about and have a little bit of a background in. Do you accept that the goal for all of us is the best health system? Where we identify that service collapse may happen, we should put all of our efforts into ensuring that it does not collapse. Change should not become a plan by default and simply happen because we could not find the right person to do a certain job in a certain space. It is complex.
