Mr McGrath asked the Minister of Health, having noted that it has been a difficult fortnight for politics here but that, as ever, it has been a difficult and busy period for our health service, what the impact on health services for the rest of the mandate will be if either the First Minister or the deputy First Minister resigns and collapses the Executive, given that we have already heard about the impact on pay rises.
