Thank you, Minister. This is a really serious matter. The £100 payment will not touch the sides. The price of oil is now double what it was this time last year. Do you recognise how much stress people who consume oil are under and what the cost of living is for those households? How much have you stressed the case that Northern Ireland is disproportionately affected in comparison with the rest of these islands?
