Text
I thank the Minister for his answer and for the update on the improvements that have been made. I am sure that, like me, the Minister and other Members are all too often approached by families seeking representation to improve the process further. What assurance can the Minister give to families that he will work to further improve that process so that they and their children do not face the cliff edges that are all too routinely common?
