On a point of order, Mr Speaker. You have clearly set out your expectations of Ministers who appear before the House. Did Minister Muir agreed to respond to this debate? What would be your ruling on a Minister who refused to attend or walked out of a debate? As Ministers, can we now pick and choose which debates we respond to? Do the rules apply to everyone, or can we simply do what seems right in our eyes?
