Text
Miss McAllister asked the First Minister and deputy First Minister, after noting that she has been working on the issue for years and has met the First Minister and deputy First Minister about it and the fact that more infant bodies have been found at the former mother-and-baby home site at Tuam, which has largely gone under the radar in the past week, what assurances they can give that the lessons learned from the excavation there can be applied in Northern Ireland for the new mother-and-baby homes inquiry, specifically in the case of Milltown cemetery, on which there is disagreement between the diocese of Down and Connor and campaigners, including herself, over the number of babies who are buried there and the history and security of the site.
