Text

Thank you, Chair. In a respectful way, I asked about a provision in the Bill, and it is clause 6. I referenced the fact that gender identity is referred to in the Bill. I believe fundamentally that there is an attempt to stop me talking about something in the Bill. The Speaker's Chair did not even give the Member the opportunity. I respect the Member's ability to speak for herself to answer the question. It was not asked in an aggressive manner. It is simply to get to the facts of what is in the Bill.

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.39 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (0.71).
  • Subject area: Gender, sexuality, abortion and related social issues.
  • The overall probability was low and the text did not adopt any identity-based framing.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
