I thank my colleague for that intervention. He, too, has raised very legitimate points about the cost of all that. In today's constrained budgets, we know how needed those pounds and pence are in other places. I fear that the Bill will not only lead to more disruption and community tension but the costs will be — in reality, it is very much like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut.
