I thank the Member for his intervention. I will try to deal with both of those points together, as they are connected. I cannot recall the exact text of the response, but I have to say that there was not a very direct response to suggest that other Departments were queueing up to pick up the issue. It would have been helpful for the Education Minister to be here to provide clarity from his Department's perspective. In short, however, the answer to that question is no. We have not had detailed engagement with the Finance Minister on how the Bill would be budgeted for in the future.
