Text
— to answer the question for urgent oral answer. I want to put on record that I am absolutely clear that the First Minister should come to the House. She should not be running from scrutiny or legitimate questions that need to be asked about her behaviour and lawbreaking. Unfortunately, because of such late notice from the First Minister of her refusal to come, I responded by saying that that must go down as a First Minister-only comment, because I do not agree with her position, and that that should be communicated.
