Text

I thank the Minister for his answer. I would welcome such a review. As Minister and a Member from a neighbouring constituency, he will be aware of the incident at the Clearway site on 2 September 2026, which is one of a number of incidents over the past year or two. Will he commit to publishing the NIEA inspection findings and any enforcement action arising from the incident? Will he set out what changes, he believes, should be made to prevent similar incidents in future?
