I thank the Minister for that update. It is encouraging, and he was appropriately measured in his response. The reduction is indeed encouraging, and it shows what clear focus and targeted additional investment can deliver. Does the Minister agree that, putting the theatrics and distractions of this place aside, that is the kind of delivery that we should be focused on to make life better for the people of Northern Ireland?
