Text
I welcome some of that news, but I want to be careful about some of the language. If it is on a cost-per-case basis and if it means that there are criteria, that means that some people will get access to the drug and that some will not. Where it is available in other places in these islands, there is unrestricted access to it. If you are eligible based on your medical needs, you get it. Are we saying here that it is based on whether you have a particular amount of money? Can we make sure that it is available to everybody who, doctors say, need it?

Assessment
Not analysed
This is the same MLA’s follow-up within the exchange on their own question. It is analysed together with that question and is not counted separately, so one question is never counted twice.
