Text
The Minister will be heard, Mr Speaker, because I speak not only for myself but on behalf of hundreds of thousands of people across Northern Ireland who believe in the rule of law — who believe that the law should be obeyed and followed, and that Executive Ministers have no right whatsoever to stand in the way of that law. I will take questions from Members, but I will not be lectured by a terrorist. He set off an explosion, yet he lectures us on the traumatisation of people in our society. He is an absolute joke.
