Does the Minister agree that, given that we recruit men and women to put their lives on the line to protect our nation and that those men and women put planning their future welfare on hold until after finishing their service, at which time they may have sustained life-changing injuries, the community has a moral responsibility to recognise and accommodate their unique and special post-service circumstances?
