The Member is absolutely right. That is not a trivial matter. Breaking the law is not a trivial matter. The First Minister and other Ministers in this place have broken the law, and they need to be held to account for that. Let me be clear that, when it comes to the law and the legislation that we pass in this place, it is not a pick-and-mix. All laws apply to everyone. Everyone is equal under the law and equally subject to the law. I hope that that is clear.
