Text

I thank the Member for giving way. To go back to his earlier point, does he agree that teachers are already under a lot of pressure, given their huge workload, which is growing by the day? Does he also agree that teachers, although great educators, are not best placed to give advice or guidance on gender or sexuality and that clause 4 provides an exemption for certain therapists to give advice? Is he not talking in circles a bit on that point?

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.32 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).

  • No identity-based framing was identified (0.71).
  • Subject area: Gender, sexuality, abortion and related social issues.
  • The overall probability was low and the text did not adopt any identity-based framing.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
