Text

There are serious questions for the Court Service to answer and a need for serious reflection and review in this case, which has gone so badly wrong. I thank the Minister for her answers. What role will she and her Department play in reviewing the case with the Court Service to ensure that the chances of such a thing happening again are minimised, given that the views of the Prison Service, which knew most about the prisoner, were overruled?
