I concur with Mark Durkan's comments about our thoughts being with the victims in this case, because it is they who will be most traumatised. Minister, you are right not to criticise the court's decision, because we have to keep the two things separate, and we should never interfere. However, could you have a conversation with the Lady Chief Justice about the particular issues in order to get an understanding of how the decision was reached and whether things could be done differently by both sides to make sure that the potential for it to happen again is minimal? I know that it is difficult to get that balance —
