I appreciate the update from the Justice Minister, but there still may be lessons to be learned. A judicial review is successful only if the original decision was viewed by the judge to be either irrational or unlawful. Are there lessons for the Prison Service to learn on how its decision was formulated, recorded or written down, so that it is more resilient to what was a bizarre and, frankly, very disturbing legal challenge?
