Text
Thank you, Minister, for giving way. I just want to mention the judicial review, which you raised with me earlier. Any public authority exercising any statutory power can potentially be subject to judicial review. The threat of review should not prevent us taking forward legislation. It is about ensuring that we put in place as many safeguards as possible to prevent those reviews. However, if we fear judicial review, not one piece of legislation would come out of this place.
