OK. Thank you very much. Thanks for that. We have made it clear from the start that holding the entire Executive to one standard will fail. You will curtail individual Ministers who are delivering real change. Look at what has been achieved in the past three years. Through this Bill, you will potentially curtail opportunities for Ministers to move ahead and try to drive change. You are looking to set a standard across the Executive. You are setting yourself up for failure.
