Text
Clearly, the Member did not listen to what I said about the work that has been done on an arts policy that, subject to Executive agreement, will be delivered. He should sit out the question on the Irish language strategy, because, according to the court judgement, his party has been the biggest blocker of that strategy by not providing the information to me or giving assent to it. The duties on temporary accommodation have been fulfilled. That is why we have seen an increase in costs to over £42 million this year. We are providing that accommodation. I want to see those costs go down, but the Member's party has not allowed a paper to go on to the agenda so that we can provide the proper funding that we need for social housing to be developed. On temporary accommodation, he is wrong. On the arts policy, he is wrong. On the Irish language strategy, it is his fault.
