Most broadly, the answer to the Member's questions is that I will not rule anything out in considering what we can do to make sure that we provide the help that is necessary. The different forms of support will include help to make homes more resilient and better insulated and, where we can, to ensure that people can generate their own electricity through, for example, solar panels.
Depending on the area in which people find themselves living, many different remedies are available. The Member will be aware that rural areas will have particular issues. We are therefore committed to working on providing help. I will do my best, and I hope that other parties will join me.
