I thank the Member again. What he and the Member to my left have said actually points to what is happening here tonight.
It is interesting that the Members who are speaking in the debate are mostly from this side of the House. I am sure that the Member will agree that it is probably the case that none of the Sinn Féin Members are getting up in opposition because, although many of us would have thought that the Bill is an attack on their flags as well, given that it will be a Sinn Féin Minister adjudicating on it, it will clearly have no effect —
