Text

I appreciate the Minister's giving way. Of course, I did not say that I was 10 out of 10 confident that the Budget would be agreed. That was you, Minister. I do not know where you got that from, but I am not going to take your tips. Listowel Races is coming up next week — no, thank you for your tips. However, I will say this: we have published a whole range of alternative Budget proposals, but, in relation to a specific alternative Budget document just like the one that your colleagues, led by Pearse Doherty, produced in Dublin, if you give me the same rights to cost my alternative Budget that Pearse Doherty and his colleagues have in Dublin, I will produce an alternative Budget document. Will you give me those rights?

Assessment

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.06 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
