Maybe the Member should listen more closely. Not only did I give him compliments, but my colleague explained what the Bill does not set out to do. As he quite rightly said, there are people out there who do care deeply about the flag and who do give it dignity and respect. As the Member also said, he does not speak for all of Northern Ireland. Hence why, perhaps, legislation is needed to speak for the whole —.
