Text
Ms Hunter asked the Minister of Education, after stating that a father named Columba Mailey from Greysteel in her constituency, whose seven-year-old daughter Maisie was told, on the morning of her first day of school, that no taxis or buses were available and that therefore she did not have a way to get to school with SEN transport, was informed that he would receive £13 a day to get Maisie to school, whether he thinks that it is acceptable that a child with special educational needs on her first day of school does not have a method of transport.
