Text
You are not very well informed. First, it was a graphic that used the phrase "striking a balance". As I indicated, I want to see a balance so that sporting organisations such as Bredagh GAC and others can put them up for a time-bound period. The flag in the graphic is a prime example. It had been up for many years and was tattered, but it is no longer there. Who put it up, and who took it down? That was on Tate's Avenue. My son lives in a property that I own on Tate's Avenue. The Bill would allow me to say, "That flag has been up for a long time", and it would deal with that. I have no problem with Linfield Football Club, and I apologised when I felt that some offence might have been caused. The graphic was not directed at the club; it was about striking a balance in public spaces where sporting flags can go up for a period but cannot stay up indefinitely.

Assessment
Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.
- Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.31 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
- None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
- No identity-based framing was identified (0.82).
- Subject area: Flags, emblems, symbols, names and memorials.
- The overall probability was low and the text did not adopt any identity-based framing.
