Deputy First Minister, if you were serious about delivering an investment strategy, would the answer not simply have been a date and a time for the delivery of that strategy for Northern Ireland? Seven months out from the end of the mandate, the reality is that you should be telling the truth. The answer is that there will not be agreement on a strategy.
