Text
I thank the Minister for that answer and acknowledge the success of the baby loss certificate scheme so far. The numbers show that the scheme was warranted and needed in the first place. That is welcome news. Has the Minister put in place some sort of review of the certificate scheme and applications to it so that we will know in a week's time, a month's time or six months' time whether it is working as it should be?
