Minister, compared with other employment sectors, people aged 16 to 34 are under-represented in our Civil Service. Our young people can bring new energy and new ideas to the ongoing challenges in the North. What actions are you taking to promote a career in the Civil Service for our young people, and why do you think that they are currently under-represented?
