Text
Mr O'Toole asked the Minister of Finance, given that there has been a huge amount of bluff and bluster from him about the absence of a Budget that he said was transformational and that he — not the UK Government or the Opposition — published a draft Budget in January that still has not been agreed, whether the Budget that he published in January is now off the table and undeliverable; and whether he will confirm that there will be more than a £1 billion in cuts to public services if it is not agreed because, although the Opposition will always support the Executive to ask for more money from the UK Government to fund this place, that does not absolve the Minister of his responsibility.
