I thank the First Minister for her answer. Unfortunately, I do not have a ticket to that event. The First Minister has attended many events in Ebrington with me. It is great to see the progress over the past number of years in Ebrington. As you mentioned in your answer, £40 million leveraging a further £40 million and 360 jobs is a really good news story. How do you see the future of Ebrington, and how does that align with developing a competitive and connected north-west region?
