I thank the First Minister for that reply and join her in the condemnation of racism. I ask the First Minister for any available update on how action on race relations can be delivered with consistency across council areas, if councils are to be involved. It appears that there has not always been consistency in the application of good relations policy, particularly in reaching our new communities.
