I thank the Minister for his statement. Minister, as you mentioned in your statement, the inquiry was highly critical of what it describes as "an adversarial and oppositional approach" by the Belfast Trust to the inquiry. Does the Minister accept that that points to a deeper cultural problem in parts of the organisation, where challenge and scrutiny are resisted rather than embraced? What specific actions will he, as Health Minister, take to change that culture? Furthermore, can the Minister confirm whether the Belfast Trust remains in special measures?
